Pragma Labs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of merchants who use our Shopify application, Advanced Banner (the "App"), and the customers of those merchants ("End Users").

To provide the App’s services, we access and store certain information from your Shopify account.

A. Information from Merchants (You)

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number (to communicate with you regarding App updates or support).
• Store Information: Shop URL, shop domain, and Shopify Plan details (to manage your subscription and App settings).

B. Information from End Users (Your Customers)

Depending on your App configuration, we may collect:

• Device Information: Web browser type, time zone, and some cookies that are necessary for the App to function properly on your storefront.
• Usage Data: Information about how End Users interact with the banners created by the App (e.g., views, clicks, and dismissals) for analytics purposes.

We do NOT collect sensitive Personal Information (such as payment details or passwords) from your End Users.

By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pragma Labs and its employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Privacy Policy or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
